Help with SPAM Filters - scroll to your ISP

NOTE: With all the SPAM issues some ISP's may be inadvertently blocking DataBlaze Emails. If this is the case YOU will need to complain to YOUR ISP to resolve this issue. With most ISP's you can change your profile and list DataBlaze as a "trusted site". In addition tell them you want ANYTHING from @datablaze.biz to get through and that it is NOT SPAM

AOL

AOL has an automatic SPAM filter setup that you will need to disable if you want to receive
DataBlaze
emails or any other emails with links.

Make sure the following emails are on your friend or safelist without the space.
support @ datablaze.biz, dbsupport @ datablaze.biz, casper @ datablaze.biz, @ datablaze.biz

Hotmail/MSN

HotMail/MSN has an automatic SPAM filter setup that you will need to disable if you want to receive DataBlaze emails or any other emails with links.

Make sure the following emails are on your friend or safelist without the space.
support @ datablaze.biz, dbsupport @ datablaze.biz, casper @ datablaze.biz, @ datablaze.biz

Comcast

Comcast has an automatic SPAM filter setup that you will need to disable if you want to receive DataBlaze emails or any other emails with links.

The steps to do this are listed below:

1) Log into your Comcast email account at Comcast.net
2) Click on Mail then Email Options
3) Click on SPAM Filter then Enable or Disable SPAM Filters
4) Make sure Enable Spam Filters is set to NO then click Update
5) There are more options you can setup but this should allow you to receive emails with links.
