Bonus, Comp. Plan & Bonus Pool Rules:

1) The Bonus Fee and the Bonus Payout are a ONE TIME fee and payout unless that member is a Gold or Platinum member in which case the fee and payout are monthly through the comp plan.
2) Only GOLD or Platinum members can participate in the Gold Bonus Pool.
3) Only GOLD or Platinum members can participate in the Branded Site Bonus Pool.
3) Only Platinum members can participate in the Platinum Bonus Pool.
4) I understand as a Platinum that if I was a GOLD member first I will have 2 Paypal membership payments to DataBlaze. One for my GOLD membership and one for my Platinum membership. However the total will still equal $69.95 a month.
5) Only Platinum members selected by the company can participate in the (PM) Bonus Pool.
6) To qualify for ANY monthly or bonus pool pay a member must be, and remain, a paying Member in good standing for at least 90 Days. This DOES NOT include NEW members.

Commission Plan Notes:

1) Commission calculations are based on $19 a month per paid GOLD Member and $65 a month per paid PLATINUM Member. This is more than the amount we get from PayPal after their fees.
2) Daily pay may be delayed up to 48 hours as upgraded members are verified.
3) Daily pay is ONLY paid out during the work week Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (MST).
4) NO Daily pay will go out on Holidays, Weekends or Nights.
5) Any upgrades that come in after 4:00 pm (MST) will be paid on the following work day.
6) You can request your pay at ANYTIME if your commission account is over $20.
7) A $20 balance must remain in your account at all times and if you terminate your membership anything over $20 will go to you however $20 will be kept as an administration fee.
8) To qualify for ANY monthly or bonus pool pay a member must be, and remain, a paying Member in good standing for at least 90 Days. This DOES NOT include NEW members.
9) If you request withdraws more than twice a month there is a small withdrawal fee of $2.00 per transaction, like an ATM fee. The only other condition is your balance has to be over $20 to make an additional withdrawals. - Daily Bonuses are Automatic and DO NOT have a monthly charge.
  

Important Upgrade Notes: Once a member begins promoting the program, they will be able to view their free/paid referrals from within the downline list. Members can see new members joining under them by clicking on "view FREE members" link. "FREE member" tells you that someone has completed the initial sign up form but has NOT upgraded to a GOLD or PLATINUM Member yet. Once a Member Upgrades, you will see him/her on your "PAID members" page. This tells you they are now an ACTIVE GOLD or PLATINUM member of the program. GOLD or PLATINUM members are assigned to the PAID downline and placed under the first GOLD or PLATINUM sponsor in their upline. Therefore ANY member who has NOT upgraded to GOLD or PLATINUM and who has a member who does upgrade will lose all future revenues generated from this member if they do not upgrade themselves. (A good incentive to upgrade… isn't it?)
