We at DataBlaze provide an excellent
marketing service for clients all over the world. Thousands of Internet
marketers trust us with fulfilling their marketing needs. They also trust us
with their precious marketing information / data they have gathered in this
system. We at DataBlaze can not and will not let the actions of any one
person or organization jeopardize our business and our client's business.
Please heed our words! We will absolutely and positively NOT
tolerate Spam at DataBlaze.
For those of you that are unaware, an email is considered SPAM if it has been
sent to an address that has not requested it from YOU! You must not send
Spam via our service or send Spam that in any way implicates our services by
including the www.DataBlaze.biz domain. This includes mentioning/utilizing an
DataBlaze.biz email address or URL in any bulk email message, etc.
Note* An email can even be considered SPAM if you purchase an 'Optin
List' or any other list and mail to it. There are many unscrupulous people
out there that will sell you an 'optin list' and claim the leads are good.
If you consider purchasing a list make sure the company is reputable! For

We want to give you the benefit of the
doubt but if you are accused of SPAMMING you will have to product proof that ANY email you sent out was not
SPAM email. If you can not you will be in violation of our Spam Policy.
If you violate our Spam Policy you
will:
- have your account terminated immediately without refund and notice
- have a minimum claim of $1000 filed against you in a court of law
- be reported to your own provider
- be reported to other proper authorities to take action against you
The sole opinion of UBGONLINE, LLC. as to what constitutes a violation of
this clause will be absolute.
Should DataBlaze’s service be interrupted due to spamming by Applicant, the
Applicant will be charged and billed $600.00 per hour until service is restored.
Applicant will be subject to legal action if a violation of this clause should
occur.
In short we are VERY serious about this issue and will NOT
tolerate abuse in any way. We WILL go after you if you violate our
policy!
